What to Eat When on a Diet

Limit saturated fats

Let less than 10 percent of your calorie intake be from sat­urated fatty acids. Most fats should come from sources of polyunsaturat­ed and monounsaturated fatty acids, like fish, nuts, and vegetable oils. When selecting and preparing your meat, poultry, dry beans, and milk, choose ones that are lean, low-fat, or entirely fat-free. Make half your grains whole

Here is what I simply mean; eat at least 3 ounces of whole-grain cereals, breads, crackers, rice, or pasta everyday.
