Rick Ross Sued for $90K Over Unpaid Rolex Watches

Johnny's Custom Jewelry in Texas filed the suit against rapper Rick Ross and his company Maybach Music, claiming the rapper agreed to purchase 3 diamond Rolex Watches last August for a total of $89,847.50.
According to the company, the Rolex watches include one 18K gold watch with 30CT of diamonds ($55,000), one 18K gold watch with 7CT of diamonds ($14,000), and one two-tone watch with 5CT of diamonds ($14,000).

The Jewerly company says it held up its end of the bargain by delivering the watches but Ross still hasn't paid for none of them. Johnny's is asking for the owed money --- plus interest.

Nelson Mandela's Daughter Updates on His Health: 'It Doesn't Look Good'

A day after there were reports that the former president of South Africa was placed on life support, there's news today that Nelson Mandela's health has taken a sharp turn for the worst. "I won't lie, it doesn't look good," said Mandela's daughter Makaziwe, after visit to his Pretoria hospital Thursday morning. "But as I say, if we speak to him, he responds and tries to open his eyes. He's still there. He might be waning off, but he's still there," she said in a radio interview with SABC.

South African President Jacob Zuma has cleared his schedule today and canceled a meeting in Mozambique, Reuters reported. "Over the past 48 hours, the condition of former president Madiba has gone down," presidential spokesman Mac Maharaj said.
President Obama arrived on the continent on Wednesday for a week-long trip with his family in sub-Saharan Africa starting in Senegal. Obama issued a brief statement regarding Mandela on Thursday:

Wal-Mart & Ceasars Drops Paula Deen After ‘Today’ Interview

According to People Mag, 

Despite her teary interview on Today and her recent apology for using a racial slur in the past, more of Paula Deen's business deals have unraveled.

Caesars Entertainment Corporation, which operates as her restaurant, Paula Deen's Kitchen, in four of its casinos in Indiana, Illinois, North Carolina and Mississippi, announced Wednesday they are ending their relationship with the 66-year-old cook.

"While we appreciate Paula's sincere apologies for statements she made in her past that she recently disclosed during a deposition given in response to a lawsuit, after thoughtful consideration of their impact, we have mutually decided that it is in the best interests of both parties to part ways at this time," said Jan Jones Blackhurst, executive vice president of communications and government affairs for Caesars Entertainment.

The four restaurants will be rebranded in the coming months, according to the statement. Additionally Wal-Mart, the chain which sold Deen's eyeglasses and cookware lines as well as food products, also cut ties with the cook.

“We are ending our relationship with Paula Deen Enterprises and we will not place new orders beyond those already committed," a spokeperson told PEOPLE in a statement Wednesday. "We will work with suppliers to address existing inventories and agreements.”

Paula Deen who lost other contracts with the Food Network and Smithfield Foods within the past week reportedly raked in about $18 million in revenue in 2012.

HollywoodLife is reporting that new parents Kanye West and Kim Kardashian have decided to introduce their baby, North West to the world on the premiere of Kris Jenner’s new talk show, on July 15. In the regular Kardashian clan fashion, the baby is being positioned to increase ratings for the talk show.

Kanye West and Kim Kardashian won’t reveal an image of their daughter on the cover of a magazine. Instead, the couple is keeping it all in the family and will likely introduce their daughter, North West, to the world on Kris Jenner‘s new daytime talk show, Kris!

Kanye isn’t looking to profit off his daughter or use her to boost ratings on any show, but “he and Kris are family — he likes her a lot and has mad respect for her. He’d be willing to do her show with his baby,” a source close to the 36-year-old Yeezus artist tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY. “They’re family at the end of the day and family comes first.”

Kris is currently promoting her new daytime talk show, Kris, which debuts on July 15 on Fox. While everyone seems to be asking about North, Kris is trying her best to keep a lot of stuff secret until the premiere of her show.

On June 25, Kris appeared on the Today show and when she was asked about North, she didn’t say anything that would reveal too much.

“Right now, everybody is good. The baby is doing is great and happy and healthy and it’s a really joyful time. It’s amazing,” she told the hosts of Today.

When Matt Lauer joked and said Kris must have a lot of photos of North on her cell phone, Kris stopped Matt right in his tracks!

“I’d have to kill you if I showed you my cell phone,” Kris jokingly said.

Porsche Macan to be released 2014

Porsche Macan, a smaller luxury SUV from German auto-makers, Porsche, has been confirmed  for a spring 2014 release, and this is after it makes its debut at the 2013 LA Motor Show in November. The Porshe SUV will be produced at an enlarged factory in Leipzig, Germany.

Autocar.co.uk reports the highly anticipated SUV is set to become the company’s biggest-selling model after it goes on sale in less than 12 months’ time. "After originally suggesting sales might reach 55,000 units per year, some inside Porsche believe the 
all-new compact SUV could 
hit 75,000 units per year."

Industry sources say the The Porsche Macan will also be exclusively four-wheel drive like the Q5 but will weigh 300 pounds less than the Q5. It will feature Porsche engine options (a version of Porsche’s new twin-turbocharged 3.0-litre V6 petrol engine producing just under 400bhp) although Autocar.co.uk predicts four-cylinder engines in the future for the Mecan - including 2.0-litre turbocharged petrols and diesels which will make it the first four-cylinder Porsche since the 968. It will also come with an upgraded suspension and a distinctive interior architecture. A Porsche insider confirms to website that although the car would share some chassis parts with the Q5, the new engines, suspension tuning and interior architecture would all be unique to the Porsche Macan.

The Styling of the new SUV will reflect the Macan’s sporty intentions. It is being engineered to be the most sporting SUV of its size with “all the usual Porsche design cues” which can be seen in the above image. Porsche development boss Wolfgang Hatz when speaking last year on the 'sportiness' of the new SUV said “We’ve surprised even ourselves,” “It drives incredibly well and, from what we’ve seen from the competition, it will be the most sporting car in its class.” Other designs will include tapered rear lights and wide front grille, large bumpers and strong stance retained from the Cayenne.

Pricing for the SUV is expected to start at around $54,000, for entry-level V6 models - much less than the Cayenne. This is as far as the information we can get on the Porsche Macan but be sure to check back on this blog when new details unfold. We hope it will be a better option to it's core competitors - Range Rover Evoque and BMW X3 - when it drops; even though the design is already wining. Apple Pulls App That Promises Freedom From Homosexuality

Apple has removed an app that promised users freedom from homosexuality from App Store.
The app, however, remains in Google's Play Store for Android phones and tablets, despite requests to have it removed.

According to ABC News, All Out launched a petition May 29 demanding Apple and Google to remove the app from their respective stores. More than 94,000 people have signed the petition so far.
Apple removed the app last week, citing clause 16.1 in its App Store Guidelines, according to a Setting Captives Free representative, the report said.
Google, on the other hand, has not removed the app. It still appears in the Google Play Store, although only parts of the course are accessible, it added.

The Last of Us is an upcoming action-adventure survival horror video game developed by Naughty Dog for PlayStation 3. The video game was officially revealed on December 10, 2011 during the Spike TV Video Game Awards and is scheduled to release worldwide on June 14, 2013 and in Japan  on June 20, 2013. The Last of Us, from its overfamiliar beginning to its shocking ending, reflects the courage of its makers' convictions. It is a terrific feat of storytelling, design, art direction and performance. As it turns out, good things still reside within the house of cliché. The performances are fearless, the music is a wonder and the gameplay is well constructed and brutally intense.

The Last of Us is an impeccably well-made game, but while it puts on the appearance of breaking the mold with what would appear to be unorthodox characters and gameplay, it actually takes great pains to never introduce anything into the design that might turn away the millions of gamers who won’t play anything that doesn’t have at least ten different types of gun.

Jose Mourinho: My Problem With Cristiano Ronaldo

Jose Mourinho had only one problem with Cristiano Ronaldo when he coached him at Real Madrid -- he thought the world's most expensive player was a bit of a know-it-all.

When asked in an interview with Spanish television show Punto Pelota why his relationship with Ronaldo had broken down towards the end of last season, Mourinho said the player had not taken criticism well.

"I had only one problem with him, very simple, very basic, which was when a coach criticises a player from a tactical viewpoint trying to improve what in my view could have been improved," he added.
"And at that moment he didn't take it very well because maybe he thinks he knows everything and the coach cannot help him to develop more.
"Cristiano has had three fantastic seasons with me, I don't know if they were the best of his career because he had some fantastic moments with Manchester United.
